First Lutheran Church is an ELCA community church located in Torrance, California. You will find us to be a warm and friendly group of people, anxious to share the Good News of God's love in Jesus Christ. If you have no church home, we invite you to worship with us and to consider membership into this family of faith. The sanctuary, dedicated in 2001, seats approximately 480 people. First Lutheran is a school of 400 students in Developmental Kindergarten through 8th grade, and 120 in its Infant-Toddler and Preschool Program. The elementary school has two classes at every grade level. Its academic curriculum follows the California content standards with additional classes in PE, Art, Music, Library Skills, and Computer. After-school sports, Science Adventures, youth groups, church choirs, and performing arts round out the curriculum after school. Extended day care with qualified and caring counselors is offered between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m., and between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. |

First Lutheran Early Education Center provides a morning preschool program as well as full day child care for children age 6 weeks to 5 years in two locations in the South Bay. Our Infant/ Toddler program offers a safe, loving environment in which your little one can thrive. And our Preschool classes provide a nurturing creative opportunity for three, four and five year olds where they can explore, discover, and blossom. Low teacher/child ratios and experienced and educated teachers make First Lutheran Early Educatio Center a wonderful place for children to grow. |

毎週日曜日午後１時から２時まで礼拝をおこなっております。
礼拝後、午後２時から３時30分ごろまで交わりの時を持っています。いろいろな人たちが集まっています。きっと新しい出会いもあるでしょう。 お互いに励ましあって生きていきたいと思っています。
水曜日には、午後１時から２時30分まで聖書を読み合う時を持っています。決して堅苦しい会ではありません。どなたでも気軽に参加していただくことができます。
